The American philosopher William Graham Sumner said that if life came down to a choice between socialism and anarchy, he would choose anarchy. I would add that if life comes down to a choice between government healthcare and no healthcare, Obama will choose for you. Only a progressive Marxist would consider a mandate a right.
With 16,000 additional IRS agents hired to police the healthcare mandate, opting out of the government program won't be possible. But, if you prefer no healthcare, don't worry. Government-run healthcare will be like having no healthcare. It will have its own Don't ask, don't tell policy. When you're a retiree, don't ask for an expensive medical procedure and a government bureaucrat won't tell you to drop dead.
